Good strength and thermal properties, lightweight alloy most common cost-effective aluminium alloy in AM. Prototyping and industrial production parts conventionally cast on LM9.

STANDARD ALLOY

Scalmalloy®

ScalmAlloy® is an APWORKS patented superalloy with the highest’s tensile strength on the AM market at room temperature. High ductility, great strength and elongation at break after HT/HIP.

F1 technical regulation 2019 included.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

A20X™ [A205]

A205™ [ 2A05.50 ] AEROMET patented superalloy with one of the highest’s tensile strength on the AM market. Lightweight and maintains great mechanical properties at high operating temperature.  Aerospace MMPDS certified. AMS7033. F1 technical regulation 2019 included.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

Ti 6242

Ti 6242 Near-alpha titanium superalloy offering excellent mechanical strength, stability and creep resistance to high temperatures. Offers superior corrosion resistance with fair weldability. Aerospace certified alloy. F1 technical regulation 2019 include.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

Ti6Al4V

Ti6Al4V high strength-to-weight ratio titanium alloy most used on the AM industry. Corrosion resistance and biocompatible certified. Medial and aerospace applications . W-Border-microstructure can be subjected to α case even using v-HT.

Maraging Steel

Maraging Steel ultra-hight strength alloy good strength and thermal properties, Martensitic hardening achieving up to 53 HRC. Cost-effective steel alloy M300 equivalent. Great for Die casting tooling, industrial tooling where ultra-High strength is required.

INCONEL ® 718

INCONEL ® 718  high strength Fe-Ni-chromium alloy with high-performance mechanical properties at elevated working temperatures.

Great corrosion resistant and hardened.

HAYNES® 282

HAYNES® 282® alloy (UNS N07208) gamma-prime strengthened superalloy developed for highest temperature structural applications on the market, especially those in aerospace and industrial gas turbine engines. Unique combination of creep strength and thermal stability.

INVAR® 36

INVAR® 36 high strength Fe-Ni alloy with performance mechanical properties for cryogenic applications. Lowest CT coefficient in AM, maintains great dimensional stability and hardness at cryogenic temperatures and elevated working temperatures.

316L

Precipitation hardening Stainless steel Martensitic grade of SS that develops its high strength and hardness thought CnT heat treatment resulting in a very high strength-to-weight ratio achieved high tensile properties after HT. Good corrosion resistance. Wide range of applications.

Pure TUNGTEN

Pure tungsten Highest heat resistance ( 3410ºC MP) and superior radiation wave attenuation for nuclear applications.

NASA GRCop-42

NASA property copper alloy GRCop-42 (Cu-Cr-Nb) is a high conductivity, high-strength dispersion strengthened copper-alloy for use in high heat flux applications such as liquid rocket engine combustion devices.
